Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PDPL”), as MarkAntalya Shopping Mall in the capacity of the data processor and/or data controller; We process your personal data that we have obtained in accordance with the PDPL and in accordance with this law and the Constitution, and we pay the necessary attention to the processing, protection, deletion, and security of this data.
Your personal data are processed and stored in accordance with the law and the code of ethics, accurately and up-to-date, in accordance with the purpose of processing, in a limited and measured manner, for specific and legitimate purposes, within the framework of the purpose that requires their processing and for as long as necessary. As MarkAntalya Shopping Mall, as necessary and in accordance with the law; We process the personal data of our employees, employees of our business partners, people we receive and provide services, tenants, shopping mall and hotel visitors, customers, subcontractors, suppliers, people we have contracted with, people with whom we are in a tender relationship, people we deal with during the activity in accordance with the principle rules written in the relevant law. -Contact Information Data: Phone number, address, e-mail address, fax number, IP address, mac address, etc. information to contact the person.
-Financial Information Data: Bank account and IBAN number information, all kinds of documents and information showing financial results, income information, etc.
-Physical Space Security Information Data: Visual data and information obtained from cameras installed for security purposes, data recorded by the vehicle license plate recognition system.

3) PURPOSES AND LEGAL REASONS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA:
As MARKANTALYA Shopping Mall, the purposes and legal reasons for processing and transferring your personal data;

–To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
–In case you suffer a loss due to unlawful processing of personal data, you have the right to demand compensation for the damage.
If the person whose personal data is processed applies to MarkAntalya Shopping Mall and notifies their requests regarding the specified rights in writing, MarkAntalya Shopping Mall will respond to the application within 30 days according to the nature of the request without any fee. However, if the PDP Board regulates any fee related to the request, the fee within the scope of the determined tariff may be charged.
The applications to be made can be made directly to MarkAntalya Shopping Mall in writing, as well as by methods to be determined by the PDP Board. In the applications to be made in writing to the MarkAntalya Shopping Mall; The explanation regarding the application made together with the documents identifying the relevant person making the request and the requests regarding the right to be used must also be clearly stated.
The applications and requests made to MarkAntalya Shopping Mall will be meticulously examined and the applications and requests will be concluded positively or negatively within 30 days at the latest and the relevant person will be informed about the result. If the application and request made by MarkAntalya Shopping Mall is deemed justified, the requirement will be fulfilled without delay. If the application and request is rejected, the reason for the rejection shall be notified to the relevant person in writing or electronically as specified in the application and request petition.
In cases where the application and request is rejected by MarkAntalya Shopping Mall, the reply is found insufficient or the reply is not given in due time, the relevant person has the right to file a complaint to the PDP Board within thirty days from the date of learning the application and request reply and in any case within sixty days from the date of application.
7) PROCEDURES FOR DELETION, DESTRUCTION AND ANONYMIZATION OF DATA
Personal data processed by MarkAntalya Shopping Mall in accordance with the relevant Laws and Regulations, especially the Constitution of the Republic of Türkiye, in accordance with the provision of Article 7 of the PDPL; In the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized by the decision to be taken or upon the request of the person concerned.
During the deletion and destruction of personal data by MarkAntalya Shopping Mall; personal data is destroyed by physically destroying it, deleting it from the software with secure methods and, if necessary, deleting it securely by experts in a way that cannot be recovered again.
MarkAntalya Shopping Mall also anonymizes personal data by using masking, aggregation, data derivation and hybrid techniques in accordance with the nature of personal data, ensuring that personal data cannot be associated with an identified or identifiable natural person under any circumstances, even by matching with other data.
8) AMENDMENTS
MarkAntalya Shopping Mall reserves the right to make changes in this disclosure statement due to changes in the Personal Data Protection Law and the methods to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

5- PURPOSE OF PROCESSING CAMERA RECORDINGS
In order to ensure in-building security, to control the entrances to buildings and facilities, to increase their efficiency, to ensure the legal, commercial and technical security of persons who have a business relationship with the company, to prove the business relationship, to implement the principles of occupational health and safety, to fulfill the obligations arising from the laws, to determine the working conditions, personal data are processed.
6- TRANSFER AND PROTECTION OF CAMERA RECORDINGS
MarkAntalya Shopping Mall will be able to share personal data obtained in line with data processing purposes with business partners and legally authorized institutions and organizations. The images can only be accessed from the computers of authorized persons. All necessary technical measures are taken to protect the data.
7- STORAGE PERIOD OF CAMERA RECORDINGS
Camera recordings are stored for 60 to 90 days depending on the area they are recorded.
8- RIGHTS OF THE RELEVANT PERSON
The data subjects may have the following rights applying to the data supervisor;
-Learn whether personal data is being processed,
-Request information if personal data has been processed,
-Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
-To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
-Request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
-To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the Law,
-Request notification of changes related to personal data to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
-Objection to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the person themselves by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
-Requesting the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data,
9- APPLICATION TO THE DATA SUPERVISOR
Natural persons whose personal data are processed may apply in writing regarding their requests within the scope of their rights specified in Article 11 of the PDPL.
MarkAntalya Shopping Mall finalizes the requests in the application free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in the amount specified in Article 7 of the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Supervisor”. If the application is caused by the error of the data controller, the fee charged shall be refunded to the data subject.
10- CHANGES AND UPDATES
This information text has been prepared within the scope of the PDPL and the Regulations and Communiqués published within the scope of the said Law and the personal data processing purposes and policies of MarkAntalya Shopping Mall. Necessary changes may be made in the information text in line with the relevant legal legislation and / or changes in the personal data processing purposes and policies of MarkAntalya Shopping Mall.
